Thanks for posting that. I never knew there was a tool for that. I’ve used the 2 pliers method but it doesn’t look the same as a factory bend.

Update. The cables have been marinating in cider vinegar for a week now but they are still seized. I’m going to soak them another week and see what happens. Received my decal order from @Vinylguy today. Thanks Terry. Threw a decal in the pic to show off his great work. The brick is keeping the cables submerged.
