glenn27 71 #1 Posted January 27, 2008 I have seen this reference here several times--Is there something I might know about, but call it a different name?? {Product Center}
TT-(Moderator) 1,131 #2 Posted January 27, 2008 It can be found at www.toro.com ........ https://homeownersolutions.toro.com/portal/...=2&userID=19461 It's one place to go to look up all kinds of WH information, part drawings, etc.
Buzz 502 #3 Posted January 27, 2008 I alway go to this one, less steps to find what you need. A good one to bookmark. https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro I use this to order or download manuals. Use "riding mower' for product type. https://lookup3.toro.com/request/request.cfm
TT-(Moderator) 1,131 #4 Posted January 27, 2008 I use them too, Buzz. Just remember the MPV isn't always right. He wondered what the "Product Center" was, and for a little while so did I. I guess I'm just not used to hearing it called that. :D
T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,496 #5 Posted January 27, 2008 I have been guilty of calling it the "Product Center". Luckily I also used the one Buzz refer to as well as a couple of other places that I can look into the parts catalogs.
glenn27 71 #6 Posted January 28, 2008 That's what had me a little confused-just never heard Toro's site called that--live/learn -I usually use the back-door approach that Buzz refers to... :D
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,031 #7 Posted January 28, 2008 There is a Product Center here https://homeownersolutions.toro.com/portal/server.pt? It is supposed to combine the MPV and the Request Manuals so they can be accessed from the same location but I find it seldom works. It will tell you something is not available and if you go to the individual sites the info is there. Maybe it's just me. Garry
Buzz 502 #8 Posted January 28, 2008 The Product Center confuses me most of the time, that's why when I finally got to the right pages I bookmarked them. Like Terry said, most of the information on their site is correct, but not all.
