TravelinJavelin 620 #1 Posted December 7, 2018 was wondering if anyone or knows anyone that has put a attach matic on the front there machine doing a trade this weekend and just currious if its possible or not a good idea on these?
19richie66 17,500 #2 Posted December 7, 2018 I put an attachamatic on my gt14 as Aldon also did. On the gt14 you would have to weld a thicker front plate. I believe the 953/1054 has a thick plate but the axle pin runs though it. I really dont see any problems other than possibility of the tire on the right hitting the pulley if you run a mule drive. TravelinJavelin 620 #3 Posted December 7, 2018 well i do have set up where someone made a front mount that bolts in to the front not the sides and it sort of front tach but you just run your long pin through it just sticks out maybe 6" longer then normal wonder if the lift will bring it up all right? "D"- Man 827 #5 Posted December 7, 2018 I purchased a used 1054 with a Wheel Horse attachment bracket thingy on the front but not sure if this is what you are referring to. Excuse the poor picture due to lighting conditions and it is sort of tucked away in my garage.

19richie66 17,500 #7 Posted December 7, 2018 (edited) Here is mine. 3 bolts through the front plate. My 953 and the 1054 will get them too. You can weld chain links to a piece of 5/8” rod and use it as a front tie down point also. Edited December 7, 2018 by 19richie66 3

The fronts are always hard to tie down without the straps or chain scuffing some paint up.

19richie66 17,500 #12 Posted December 8, 2018 (edited) Someone had put this on mine before I got it. There were three holes in the plate and bracket. I can’t say whether it was like that or if someone drilled it. I just removed it, welded the plate back on right and reinstalled it. I’ll try to get a better picture tomorrow.
