Wrong transmission

I have a workhorse transmission in a 1986 wheelhorse 414-8. There is a difference but  will it mater? I put this transmission in because I was going to a tractor show and I needed it to work after mine had just broken. Will I brake anything else by doing this?

You have the 1” axle instead of the 1 1/8”. With a 14 hp pretty much running stock class the 1” will be fine

If you try hard enough I guess you could brake it.               In the drag racing community there is an adage the says you build the engine until the transmission breaks, then you build the transmission until the rear end breaks!
