Actually i also thinkin about a Rear Lift for a standard Triangle rail Mount, like the small iseki's or kubotas has. IMHO this can be very useful tool because it is standardized. i.eg. for simply lift added weight or add some Attachements like a plow. That's the reason i asking for. Things you maybe additional need was: a hydraulic valve 2Way with pass thru and a double action cylinder. Pullstart 62,837 #338 Posted January 7, 2019 I don’t have a sheet metal brake capable of attacking this job, so I’ve been daydreaming about my next step. the red lines indicate a brake, the blue lines will be mating surfaces once complete. Any sheet metal advice fellas? I contemplate scoring the brake lines part way with a ball end mill on the Bridgeport, but I imagine there’s any easier way? .090” stock. While it’s on the table I’ll buzz the top edges of the box flush and square. Probably not the most ideal way to skin this cat, but it’ll be accurate, I hope! Enough for tonight, see ya! 19richie66 17,500 #340 Posted January 7, 2019 I have cut slightly into the metal with a cutoff wheel to where it would bend, make the bend, tack the corners and then go back and fill the cut with weld. 953 nut 55,194 #341 Posted January 7, 2019 I made up a box break of sorts to use in my 20 ton press. Not too professional, but it gets the job done. The upper piece in the photo has 1/2" pipe to provide a rounded bend, but a piece of angel iron cut to size for your internal bend would give a good sharp bend. 2 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

It’s one of my bucket list tool items. I thought about using some other hydraulic force, like the in floor hoist, but decided that’s too risky!
