Pullstart, it may also protects from some dirt from the tyres. another option shall be, to move the floorboard about one inch to the front, so that it's fitted with the tip of the cutted sidefender of the belt, just to get more space between Floorboard and tyre. Pullstart 62,837 #220 Posted November 5, 2018 I’ve got a question for the 2 piece gas tank gurus... has anyone ever tig welded the bottom plate solid as a fix to the leak problem? Every time I look at Frank, I think I want to do something to the tank. Maybe shave the front to fit the hood better? Does anyone see any issue with welding it up? Spareparts 84 #223 Posted November 5, 2018 It was scary when it happened and she was scared, I was suprised at the amount of grown men panicked, but a little HF jack and 1/2" inpact to remove the tire and get her foot out seemed to calm her down a lot. EMT were there quickly and mom really helped but dad was a wreck. Pullstart 62,837 #225 Posted November 5, 2018 Have I mentioned that I don’t know how I got by before carbide tipped sawzall blades? Switching gears back to that battery box, take 2. I scaled up the dimensions for Putt Putt’s hanging weight by 1.2 times I believe, working with 1/4” plate.
