1950's Bolens

Found this right up the road. Had potted flowers displayed on it. Cold started w/ choke on 1st pull. Engine is 1979 Briggs. Trans is late 50's Borg T93 3 spd possibly from Studebaker or 2wd Willys wagon.

Hood / grill is home made and done well. I actually drove this home. Put new muffler and belt on it. Good to go!

Thanks Eric. Neighbor mentioned that the seat is probably worth 2x what I paid for tractor.. Lol. While researching what the transmission is I came across one just like it that was fresh rebuild and for sale for $1500. Too funny!

Yeah that seat. Them things are crazy. If you have a real live actual old antique not messing around tractor seat. I've seen those things for sale on eBay for as high as 3 or 4 or $500. Absolutely nuts when you see them rotting away in the field all day every day in Maine here.

yes 57 or 58, looks in decent shape, too bad all the hard to find parts are missing off it.
