Tiller idler pulley help

I have a tiller on my c125 and I can't seem to get it set up correctly. The idler pulley on the front is rubbing on the brake pedal. How can I fix this?

It looks like the wrong size idler pulley. That looks like a 4" and I'm thinking that one should be smaller. Somebody will chime in with the actual size.

Wrong pulley(s)...wrong belt?  The belt # 110265 is 141" x 1/2.  Here are two pulley setup options:

Also your missing the tension spring that hooks to it.

I just bought a tiller for my c-145 and I seen your post and just went out to measure my pulley. Here is a picture of mine with a tape measure.hope this helps. This is for 36" tiller.

Couldn't tell from your pix but it didn't look like the tension spring is installed,which would pull the idler would rotate down away from the pettal bar just got a new oem idler pulley from toro and it fits great

I bought a 2.5 inch pulley and it fit much better. Now I’ll need the spring to apply tension. I’ll get one this weekend.
