If you want to be in a group, for camping please let me know in the next week, I will find out about parking the trailers at the next meeting on the 22nd. the bath house is right in the camping area, camping is a guess 500 yards from the show area give or take a few yards, I've walked it a few times this week at the county fair.

I will be there with refracman (Steve).

We will be camping in a trailer.

I think Steve will be taking four tractors and I will have at least one, maybe two.

Group camping would be great if we can make it happen.

Yup, Andy and I will be traveling together.

Kelly, the trailer ( Andy's) is enclosed and is doubleing as both hauler and bunkhouse. fyi I'll need about 50' to park.

I'll be bringing for sure 4 maybe more. All depends on how tight we can fit'em :thumbs:

what type of sled well we be pulling? i was wondering if i could just use a stock wh hitch or if i need to fab up a pulling hitch... thanks

it's the same weight transfer sled they use for the mini mods, I think a stock hitch, with a clevis in the end of it, to hook the chain to.

I'll tell them we need a long spot for you, to park.

Ill be bringing a couple and prolly my wagon. Kelly did ya make the meeting last night and have any updates? Let us know If we will be on the all in one area thing and what if anything is reserved. MJ and I will be there next friday around 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. right after her Dr's appointment in Kalamazoo.

For those of you who dont know 9 yrs ago MJ got hit by a drunk driver and messed her up pretty good. My Daughters head went right through the windshield. MJ has had two back surgerys, why two? On the first one the Dr. took out a perfectly good disc and operated on the wrong level. <_< The drunk driver left the scene of the accident and my wife and daughter for dead he wound up being a retired IRS AGENT go figure. Anyways there is so much more to this story but it tisses me off to talk about it.................................................!!!

The Dr's appt is for pain management, I call him Dr. Feel good. She will prolly have tol deal with this pain the rest of her life! Anyways we will be there right after the Dr's appt. Perry have lunch ready! Steak on crackers sounds good! :ychain:

OK guys it's almost here, AUG 1-2, if everyone shows up that said they were we are going to have a heck of a show, sorry I havn't kept up on posting but I've been very very busy.

I did not get time to build a set of wheelie bars for use at the pulls so if you want to pull you will need a set, nothing fancy just to keep you from flipping over.

We now have a outside space as well as indoors.

Any questions ask, I will do my best to answer them. Kelly

Kelly I will still be there!! Been workin my azz off trying to put back the tractors i've taken apart and been restoreing. Will still be bringing 8 or 9 tractors and some odd ball attachments. I'll also have to get up in the top of the barn and dig out that old dealer display stand that you can put an RJ on and bring it along.

I hope some one is bringing a RJ-35! I will be bringing my new RJ-35, I want to take a look at some one else's and find out whats missing on mine.

Sound like were going to have a "Grand Old Time" and I finally will get to meet all thoses faces behind the names here on Redsquare we are going to give mid michigan a heck of a wheel horse show!! LETS ON!!!!

If we enter in to a class are we required to were a helmet? and a correct pulling hitch or will a clevis hitch be fine for that also? :thumbs2:

Hey guys, it sure sounds like this is going to be a heck of a show! I was all pumped to be there but found out I get to do the fatherly duty and move my college kid into her new apartment this weekend!

I hope someone posts some pics after the show so those of us who can't make it will at least be able to enjoy the sites!

Maybe next year! Sure would love to meet a bunch of you guys!

Wheel Horses, Wheel Horses, Wheel Horses, they are coming in faster than running water. I left the Charlotte Fairgrounds about 2pm Friday and the field was full of Red. Was way over 50 Wheel Horses already at that time, and many people won't even be coming in until Saturday morning.

Looks like a great show is starting already . . . .

When I dropped off the firstload just before 9 pm there was atleast 75 to 100 wheel horses. up late wrenchin trying to finish up the last few tractors. got to go to bed.............. have to be up in four hours NIGHT!!!!!!

Eaton County Fairground hasn't updated their website to this year yet, but I'm keeping an eye on it and fully intend to take a day off work to be there!!
