Kelly,

I plan on attending, most likely both days. I will be bringing the the pond and maybe the restored 195 or another tractor. I believe Brrly will be attending with me and he will have at least 1 tractor. Count on at least 4 on my trailer. There could be at least one maybe 2 others going with us depending on hotel availablity, for they do not camp.

Will know more in the coming weeks.

I just posted in the main section to get more looks but here is the same info.

Ok now the big Wheel horse show in PA is over, and those that went and want more, or those that could not make the PA show, we have a all new WH show in MI. now this is the first year, and I'm hoping to get as many people to show up as I can, with as many tractors as you can haul.

This show is being held in conjuntion with the Charlotte Big and Little tractor days show in eaton county MI, I've been working with them for the past few months to set this up, and so far it's going pretty good, we will have a large area indoors to park the tractors, and it is right up front in the middle of the show, so we will not be stuck off in the back corner, not to be seen, we have room for as many tractors as you can bring no shortage on parking for them, the barn will be locked at night.

I'm planning give aways for the person that brings the most tractors and the one that travels the farthest, I have a couple of nice items for the prizes.

You are welcome to drive your tractors around the fair grounds, but please be mindfull of others and no speeding.

There is going to be mini mod tractor pulls, if you have a pulling tractor (does not have to be a WH) and I have set it up with the pullers so if you just want to play around and see what your tractor can do, you can, cost is $5 to cover ins. it's more to pull in the class pulls, more info can be had at www.eatoncountyfair.com wheelie bars are required, I'm trying to have a couple of sets made that will bolt on to use, for the fun pulls, not the class pulls.

Camping at the ground is $15 per night and electric and water is is included, nice clean showers and restrooms are right on the grounds, if set up at least one week ahead of time I can get WH owners all in one area, but must let me know, if camping is not your thing, there is a super 8 and holiday inn with in one mile of the fair grounds, and a Comfort inn 2 miles away.

We will be setting up fri. but the show does not start till sat. and goes till sun. they are asking if you can't stay till sun. that you don't remove your tractors till at least 6pm sat.

I'm planning a bon fire sat. evening at the fair grounds (weather permitting)

Also if your have parts or tractors to sell there will be a swapmeet, please get with me if you plan to set up, as they need to make space for all the vendors,

A craft show is also going on, and is free to set up, so if your wife has crafts to sell have her bring them, again please let me know so space is set up for them, we will need to know about how much room they will need.

Food will be sold at the event, and everything from McDonalds to nice sit down resturants are with in a mile or so.

There will be things going on all weekend to do and see, pedle pulls for kids, petting zoo, tractor train rides pulled by a WH, big tractor games, antique tractor pulls, farm stock pulls, shingle mill demo, homemade icecream made right in front of you, ect........

This is the first year for me trying to set up a WH show in the MI. area, I'd love this to be a hit, and I need your help, to make it happen, so please any questions email me, let me know if you plan to attend, I'd like to get a head count and tractor count going, lets see if we can get 200 WH's here at the First Great lakes Wheel horse show, and hope to have many more after.

Thanks Kelly Hollister

Yes sat. morning is fine I just wanted people to know it was ok to show up fri. great bring as many as you can, I've heard from others counting about 40 so far, + mine, and the tractors do not have to be restored, or even pretty, if you have oddball stuff bring that, reel mowers, sickle bars, belt drive gen. any attachment that is uncommon, would be great.

Don't forget guys this show is coming up fast, I have received a dozen replie emails from people coming, and there is going to be some nice tractors showing up, look on the cover of the may june issue of LAGC that beautiful tractor and a few more of his will be here, and Bob Rock and his customs, and many others, your tractors don't have to be show tractors, bring your working tractors, most of mine are kinda brown, waiting for a new coat of paint, bring what you have.

kelly...the trailer is a small flatbed used for hauling the tractor...was just wondering if there was a place to leave it there at the show or if I had to drop it at the motel.

Kelly what are the Rules for Trailers Im not talking about camping but rather my Horse Hauler? At the WHCC show they made us park or trailers away from where we camp. I would like some kinda Idea on how far camping sites are away from show area and bath houses and so forth.

Thanks Duke
