Daron1965 644 #1 Posted September 17, 2018 I'm a firm believer in learning from others. I would like to get into garden tractor pulling. I feel old and am big at 275lbs. I have found out with classic cars, that sometimes you spend slot more money by building, than possibly buy one complete that they would like to sale to get something different. What would you be looking for? Brand? Model? Any other advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
Notfishin 64 #2 Posted September 17, 2018 First do you have a local club . if so you need to go to the pull and talk to the members and look at the different classes that they have to see what class you would like to run . and i bet they have a few tractors to sell .
Daron1965 644 #3 Posted September 19, 2018 I'm now considering making a puller out of my C120. Will start out in semi stock class. I have looked online, but cannot find a pulling hitch. Any idea where I can purchase one?

Notfishin 64 #5 Posted September 20, 2018 I pull 4 wheel horses . only draw back on a wheel horse is having to make everything. Great place to ask for pictures of hitches on face book wheel horse pulling tractors only .

Ralph S 342 #8 Posted March 28, 2019 The hitch is fairly simple to make if you have access to a welder, torch and bandsaw. I threw this together in a couple hours. I used 2 x 2 x 1/4" angle and a piece of flatbar.
