Yeah it looks good honestly once its painted up it will look good. The tires were about $20 each about as cheap as you can get for the rim size.

So yeah paid the same for new tires as I did for the trailer

Got a little more work done to it. And honestly I may just weld up the hole and just go with the bed it has, and just wait until I need to get a new floor, to replace it. Or if I find some metal that works.

It kinds looks like it does, but no it doesn't. and I don't really see how drums would be put on it.

Does the trailer just sit on the axle with that U shaped pivot, or is there a method of attachment?

There is a bolt that goes through the bottom of the u shaped pivot that keeps it on when dumping and such.

Haven't  done much to the trailer need to get some time to weld it up but I had to take the trailer out of the garage and into the shed because my wife is doing a garage sale so i took a photo of it together. 

 

Forgive the grass.. Mole problem.

That is how I handled a ground hog this summer.

 

I used a garage exhaust hose since he had dug such a large hole.

 

I could have used a car but since the Wheel Horses have no emissions I figured they would be more deadly.

 

Main thing is.......No more ground hog.

 

I tried the smoke bombs but they did not work.

If you're slightly suicidal - this will take care of a mole right quick and provide some added seat time putting the yard back together, use at your own risk.

Btw - this guy has no idea of the effect on his hearing from percussion shock, should have used full plugs and muffs, not to mention a face shield...

The system uses Oxy-Propane as the fuel gasses - which after only 30 seconds or so, can really launch some dirt and cause quite an explosion underground. Now, that said - a slightly leaking buried gas pipe could really turn that into a bad day...lol. Most are running about 40psi of Oxygen, 5psi of Propane - that mix is critical to get the correct percussion effect without the danger of blowing yourself up. The factory equipment uses a back valve for safety and the ignitor is built into the tool. I suppose one could use a demolition torch with a tapered funnel to seal against the critter's tunnel, then use a barbeque grill ignitor with a battery box type ignition to set it off. Those types of ignitors have a piezo-electronic driver in the box, the wiring length is of no real concern so you could get back away from the ignition point. It's still pretty dangerous, so use your best judgment and sense of self-preservation here. In my younger days, we did similar things with Oxy-acetylene, but that resulted in throwing the dirt so far you couldn't find it. Oxy-Propane will produce a much sharper blast - that percussion wave in the tunnel is what kills it's offending resident humanely. 

 

Keep in mind, most times if you have moles it's not the moles that is the problem, it's the grubs they are seeking to eat as it's their favorite food source. For those, I've had a good record with a simple spike trap.
