Ya this knock off one is 18 1/4 as well.  I mean, it should work but I'm guessing a spindle is tweaked, I saw plenty of evidence of rough treatment as far as the steering goes, so no big supprise there.  That adjustible one will resolve all of this.  I need this back together before summers gone.  Lots of project work to do yet.  Mine are work horses, no time for garage queens here!

Here are a couple I had off, the square tab is mounter on the right side of the ones that have them. Don't know what they are for?

@953 nut Thank you Richard! Yep....mine was homemade because it had flat bar welded to it with holes for bolts. Nothing like that. Oh well. It will get a gt14 tie bar.

      So, this kind of was destined to show up, I guess.  My wife found it a while back and was trying to buy it for me for our anniversary, but I was already in the middle of helping @Bow_Extreme get a deal on it!  Well, come to find out, he called looking to possible unload it.  SOLD SOLD SOLD!  The color is odd, but it adds character.  I think it’ll stay.  I’m thinking this might show up to Uncle Jim’s Plow day, snowblower engine and all to work the field!

      Got a 953 and 414-8 from Big Red Fred the other day. Got a great deal on both of them. Both run great and I am very pleased with them. Got the 414 for my grandpa and the 953 was just to good of a deal to pass up, so now I got another tractor in my collection
