I just and looked again, once you get to that screen scroll down a little bit, and you'll see where it says add new classified. The flat plate 5502 extension wings like you have were used 1965-1969. What is the width of the blower housing? What is the width across the front of the wings? The snowthrowers at the time were advertised as 32" and 37". If the original application was for a short framed tractor that would explain the spacer added to the lift tube at the flag so it would fit a medium or long frame tractor.
