Gt14 frame with the steering moved forward 3”. Basically the front axle pivot plate gets moved where the thin metal strip was on the gt14. The 953/1054 axle pivot is all the way to the front of the frame so I made it the same. This is also why I have to use a gt14 hood. All the linkage is based off what I did with Skittles as close as possible. Some of the metal is a little different but it’s close. 19richie66 17,508 #158 Posted May 2, 2021 Had to cut out a section for the brake lock lever. Finally got it to fit in but I’ll have to make something on the linkage for it to grab. It’s right there though when pulled around. Also had to make a new side cover as the other one was cut for the 1054 brake pedal. This has a gt14 pedal but it worked out that it covers the linkage and the pedal assy. Have to make a new right side also since the engine sits in a different spot than the original. Had to trim 3/4” off the seat stand so the pan could move back to it’s original spot. Hope she gets to drive it on Mother’s day.
