1984 C195 & 416-8 Restoration

So I figured I would provide an update on the 416-8. I decided to make this machine a puller. I am building a command 18 for it but in the mean time I got the rest of the fab work done. Got 12x12-26 rim blanks and inserts from MILLER. Measured the offset and welded them up. Bought new set of pulling tires from Vogel. Had to cut the lip of the floorboard so did that with an extra set, welded tab on floorboard for foot throttle and then repainted. Also had to raise the fender pan about 1” to make these monster tires fit. Fabricated front weight mount and also the rear wheelie bars. Getting aluminum set pan fabricated as well.

So I finally finished building a command vtwin. My buddy Kyle (fast88) here and his dad stopped over two weekends ago and helped assemble the motor. It has all upgraded internals and she runs strong. 
 

Exhaust is temporary until I can get new two into one pipe made.
