2003 315-8 Neutral Safety Switch

Is there a way to bypass this switch?

Yes there is but you need to go to the switch to do it. If the switch has failed you should replace it and be done with it. If the switch has not failed bypassing it will not accomplish anything except defeat the safety feature it provides.
