Hello everyone.   I have 2 c101 s one has a dip stick for transmission the other doesn't which is the real c 101?

Welcome to the forum.

They all used the 103916 transmission and the parts list shows a dipstick. Click on the photo to see the application list.

Sorry everyone.  Both hoods say c101  bought both used  so one is an imposter. Both have 10 hp kohler  both have 8 speeds, any info would help thank you p

Thank you !   Just to clarify one the seat lifted up and the other was fixed just confused me. Thanks again

If you can find and post the model numbers of the  2 tractors, we will be able to identify them for you.
