"Manic-Mechanic" 1,194 #1 Posted May 4, 2018 I recently happened upon a very old planet jr set up brinly. I had found a lid from a 300 with seed gauge calculations , banged it back to shape ,then made a hing & steel rivets. 3 4
"Manic-Mechanic" 1,194 #2 Posted May 5, 2018 Anyone think it is wrong to repaint this seeder to original orange? It seems sacrilegious somehow?
953 nut 55,077 #3 Posted May 6, 2018 I think if you don't paint it the original color the Planet Jr Mafia is likely to put a hit out on you!

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,033 #5 Posted May 6, 2018 Either orange or green would be correct wouldn't it? Garry
"Manic-Mechanic" 1,194 #6 Posted May 6, 2018 Well the lid looks green and red. The red is almost the same as the dark orange. So two tone the lid and stay orange with the rest. I agree it could be all green as well. Cole Planter told me the very early jr was orange. This seed gauge is straight and moves back and forward to change size. I have never seen this type before.
