clueless 3,113 #1 Posted April 20, 2018 I'm cleaning up a 36 inch rd deck, and plan on replacing the blades. I know the two outside blades are smaller than the center. the deck is a 1996, model 78305, blade set is 107983. I've got a set of new OEM blades that I picked up a few years ago cheap. The blades are stamped 106077, they are 13 5/8 inch long with a 3/4 center hole, Toro says they are 13 7/8 inch long and fit the center spindle. I don't know the number for the outside blades, they measure 12inch long. My question is does anyone know if I can buy the two outer blades, doesn't have to be toro. The 107983 set for the rear discharge deck can be replaced by two of Napa 7-04993 and one 7-04491 or two of Oregon 91-808 and one 91-814. No idea how the side and rear discharge blades differ. Garry The NAPA #7-04491 doesn't come up, I might have to check with NAPA guru Mike . I did order the Oregon #91-814, they say length is 14 1/8" , the original blades were 13 7/8" I'm sure an extra 1/8 on each side won't make a difference.
