Hello Guys- I'm a little out of touch sometimes- but I heard that Glen Pettit had  a stroke- is he doing OK? Thanks for any info- he is a great guy- and in my prayers- Al

" I talked to Glen Pettit this morning. He had a stroke about 10 days ago and is still in the hospital. His speech and memory is good but one side of his body is paralyzed. Please keep him in your prayers so he can have a quick recovery!"

Father in Heaven, you are the giver of life and the great physician.

You know our needs and wants. Please heal Glen Pettit. We know that his brain has been damaged by stroke, we know that without your hand on him that he will never be the same. At the same time we also know that you can make him whole again, you can repair damaged brain tissue, you can enable him to continue to serve you on this Earth.

Lord, hear my petition. Be with his wife and all family as they experience this storm in their lives. I don’t always understand your plan for us, but I do trust that you work all things for the good. I only ask that it be your will to bring Glen back to us.

Good  point Dennis, I am thinking  we should appoint someone be our "unofficial card sender" where we could send a appropriate card via snail mail to members in distress. Signed all of your extended family at RS? Might not be much but might  give a sprit lift? I would be more than happy to perform in in this function if I can get some help  with a correct mailing address. Thoughts/comments/rebuttals from site owner/mods please PM.
