What kind of motor is that?

Neat.

Engine is a 31hp Wisconson 4 cyl. Clutch is a breakover system from a hay baler. Transmission is froma Hi-Lift forklift. Rear axle is a Buick cut down. Gas tank is Wheel Horse. Brakes are cutting brakes from Volkswagon. Steering gearbox is Volkswagon, steering wheel is forklift. I can't remember drive chain size but it has 2 gear sets that have to be changed manually giving it one heck of a lot of stump pulling low end torque (literally). The other gearset allows it to run 32mph in 3rd gear! Only problem has been getting enough traction!

Still have it! It will never leave the family if I have anything to do with it. I have a video of it running on my computer at home (at work now), I'll post a link to it tonight. It sounds awesome now but you should have heard it when it had dual stacks on it. Had to remove the stacks due to icing problems with the carb in winter months. It does have a light front end and a lighter rear end. There is a weight box under the seat that is full of lead. I'd guess about 250lbs. The rear tires are also filled and weigh a ton. Dad was, and still is, my inspiration for all my customs and modifieds that I like building. Thanks guys for all the comps! B)

Very cool! I have never seen a Wisconsin VE4D used like that! Most that I have seen were used to power generators and balers! B)
