Hello to all

I have been useing the NGK plugs that my local dealer sells. When they foul out they are done and you have to replace them.

I was just wondering what everyone else is useing. Thinking about trying Champion plugs to see if they last longer or could be cleaned and used again.

Its not that I foul out many plugs but just woudering.

P.J.

Bitten- Back in the Day-we cleaned plugs and re-gapped them all the time. With a sand blaster for plugs, you could get them clean-but it was hard to get the sharp edges they had before, even with a nail file. Because of the realative low price of plugs-IMO you are better off just replacing them. It's been my experience, that the life of the plug, is more dependent on the condition of the engine it is running in, than the Brand you buy-NGK plugs are very good-AL

Champion plugs have never impressed me at all. I use NGK in all of my toys, and non-toys and haven't been let down yet. I agree that the engine condition will dictate your plug situation.
