Automotive Scanner Zurich ZR13

Hi all. I have been thinking about a new scanner . Harbor Freight sells Zurich brand scanners and I have been looking at the ZR-13.  Has anyone ever used one? I currently have an Actron CP 9180. It doesn't do ABS or SRS. That is the reason for the upgrade. I was told of this Toad system which I looked at this morning. I don't know what to think of that. Seems too good to be true. And, we all know how that usually ends. Any thoughts on either of these? Or another reasonably priced scanner? Thanks for any input.     Pat
