I cut the hood repair panel out of a box store yard cart/trailer tailgate that was dropped off for my scrap pile, then trimmed it to fit between the frame rails and rest on the edges of the angle iron.  There are two pictures of the steering wheel while the 502 was still assembled.  Notice the slop between the two pictures, and the tires had not moved!

I’m flattered you are going back to read through this, 5 years later :handgestures-thumbupright:

I figured it was time to fire up Putt Putt since the last time I tried I ripped the pull handle off.

Putt Putt received a new 1/2”x71” belt from TSC today.  It pulls a plow much nicer in the dirt!  For all the plowing I’ve done to make it 6 years, I think I’ll keep trying my luck with Husky brand!  :handgestures-thumbupright:

Had some fun this weekend.  A buddy and I cruised the Steve Oh Two and Putt Putt to a local watering hole.  It was maybe a mile from his house on rural roads.  We had one quick one and headed back to camp.

With the up-sized tires, what’s Putt Putt’s speed with the “road gear” engaged?!

It’s a touch faster than the stock 702.  It’s almost negligible, honestly.  It likely doesn’t matter too much, but Putt Putt is also considerably heavier than stock as well.
