I have a couple of those set aside for you.

One "Wheelhorse sized" and one larger.

Been setting on my shelf for a few years.

Thanks! Of course, with an “insurance” policy in place, I’ll never break one again, right?

Had 4 of the horses out to stretch their legs today. It’s been awhile. All 4 started without any problems. Drove each one several laps around the property and parked them in the driveway so I could sweep the shed out. Went to put them away. First 3 no problem. Went to start the 416H and all I get is a click. Quick check of the fuses, battery and safety switches, wiring harness, same results. The 90 degrees weather was getting to me so I pushed it back into the shed for now. I hate wiring issues :angry-banghead: Guess I’m going to have to get the voltmeter and start tracing. Any quick thoughts on what it might be?

That click (I assume solenoid) means the safety switches are working and allowing voltage to go to the solenoid. Make sure the battery is good, check your ground(s), maybe try jumper cables off your car/truck. If none of that works you might be looking at a starter.

Installed a NOS air cleaner assembly on the 401 since the original was long gone.

How do these work internally? Oiled foam or oil bath or some sort of filter element?

Todays lawn stripes brought to you by a 36” RD

I always liked those 36's, mowed for 20 years with one. Now that I am retired, i had to go bigger cause of the lack of free time! :D

No strips here, just brown accents!

Not much rain in the last 3 weeks.

Sprayed some Regal Red on bottom of my cart, will wait until tomorrow and flip it over to finish it and running gears. Just barely had enough paint so hopefully can find some more in morning .

Keep in mind that spraying over what already has been applied can lead to issues.  The instructions say "Dries tack free in 2-4 hours, to handle in 5-9 hours and fully dry in 24 hours. Primers may be top coated immediately. Apply a second coat or clear coat within 1 hour or after 48 hours."

C120 special says...tecky no more!

I also never could find out if the hood will fit...and Magnum mufflers will not work...

So went to a round muffler.

Does the stock OE C120 hood fit over the more square Magnum engine?
