What have you done to your Wheel Horse today?

Finalized the smothing of the deck belt cover, found and fixed some rot on the bottom of the deck, and finally got a coat of primer on the deck and related parts.

Hoping by mid week I’ll be able to top coat, and with even more good fortune be able to start reassembly next weekend.

Thanks Heatingman, it appears to have had little use and as far as I can tell just missing a couple brackets that I can get from WH Parts and More for about $100 and need to make a chute rod out od 3/8" threaded rod. Since I only paid $225 for the blower I don't think that's too bad.

Didn't do much other than plug in the battery maintainer...but loved having all the critters snoozing together in the shade

So... I got the new tiller mounted and running. The issue is that when I engage the PTO and drop it into the soil it stops turning but the old K-series Kohler keeps running strong. I adjusted the PTO lever a bit tighter and when that did not solve the issue I removed the clutch assembly. Lookie what I found. I have ordered the clutch disc but I am guessing I need a clutch plate/ pully?

Gave this thread first shot it'll be stripped more by the end of the week unless someone would like the roller.

On that specific model I think the rear of it is super ugly in my opinion but everything can’t always look how you like it I guess

Just my sense of humor which many don't get (including my wife most times ) It's just in the barn in no condition to work and it struck me as humorous. No ill intent here  I would actually love to have the pump and controls but I'm in NC so you guys up in the north get to reap the spoils when they go to pasture and I don't :ranting:

Yeah the whole plastic fiberglass fender I didn't agree with plus I was looking for a standard gear instead of the hydro

I'm in Durham, three hours or so from Charlotte but it's likely that you'll come in on I85 just north of me. Holler if you want to stop on your way through. The https://www.oldemeckbrew.com/ should be visited while you're in Charlotte if you're into German brews and food. Very casual and worth an evening and a good bourbon bar is right across the street.

@phil bowling and his buddy Scott pointed out to me that the lines of the hood and the fender do flow from the front.  Not that the rear does it any favors, but from the front they almost nailed it

The P-up was a little too slow for show riding and driving to my tree stand.     So I replaced the 6" tranny pulley with a 3".

She's 2-3 times faster now.
