Crank looks like it just needs a polish & the one rod needs to be replaced. I'll call you with the details. Suspected that Dan that's why I wanted you to cross check me. Good news might have found some 10 over sets on the cheap.

He might not know it but square pans are hens teeth, around here anyway. My 701 thanks you Green! Yeah, I'm still learning some noob lessons haha- that 654 trail bomber I sold had a square pan seat on it, and worse yet I am QUITE sure they were the original front rims that would've been correct for my 701- and they weren't rotted out! As for the deal WE made- I'm happy to see a round pan on Hoss and a square pan where it belongs- on a 701! With the mention of hens teeth, I must request access to your cooler for a cold beverage or two one day when we get a chance to meet Your old round pan got blasted, primed and shot with a rattle can of Wimbledon white yesterday- haven't even bolted it in place yet. 7
Greentored 3,214 #8585 Posted January 8, 2021 Raided the scrap at work, plugged in the welder and wrapped up the blade yesterday. Best of all it works! Hope I get to shake it down today- weatherman still says snow here, but right now its 33 and sleet. Minor details and a quick shot of paint come after testing. 7
Pullstart 62,912 #8586 Posted January 8, 2021 @ebinmaine @WHX24 truth be told, “Stormy” is one of the choice tractor rides not because of the loader, that in a way makes it cumbersome. It’s the high back seat and arm rests, plus it’s one of our quietest in the fleet. 1

Jhook 849 #8589 Posted January 9, 2021 Got my Indonesian tires in from ebay today. They are called "rubbermasters" and supposedly have a 700 lb weight rating each. They feel slightly weaker than my mountain bike tires😂😂 i am mounting them on the charger wheels and may need to air them up at work tomorrow if i can't get them seated. They look and feel like absolutely terrible quality tires but wait for the catch.... 14 bucks a piece lol we will see how long they hold up.

Rear engine riding mowers are not very pricey at all but they do work great for what they are👍

Jeff-C175 7,202 #8599 Posted January 10, 2021 (edited) Installed a set of Zach's solid motor mounts. Just finished up so too late to start it to see how it feels, but the muffler doesn't hit the hood anymore when I engage the PTO! Wonder how much more 'solid' it's going to be, probably like a hard tail Harley! I realize that the ground bond jumper is not needed with the solids, but I wanted to keep it anyway. The one on the 'driver side' front is a BEAR to get to with the starter motor and exhaust in the way. Ratchet didn't fit, pair of open end wrenches, took forever to do this one!
