Everybody knows that if one gasket is good, 14 is better. Also, judicious and inappropriate use of silicone is the only way to go. Calls for a thin coating? You know what? A gallon is probably going to work better. You clearly answered your own question with the highlighted bold words above....

adsm08 2,050 #2604 Posted June 30, 2019 (edited) I mowed a bit today. She wasn't running right. Engine would spin down, try to stall, rev back up, and pop a bit. All this started after I topped up the oil because I noticed it wasn't smoking on start up anymore. I'm starting to think it is time for a ring job. Lane Ranger 10,968 #2609 Posted June 30, 2019 Put the 1958 Wheel Horse RJ through a work out today in 88 degree heat cutivating the garden. This is a late planted, water soaked garden that may not produce much but we are going to give it a try! Planted some other lettuce, zucchini and squash. 4

Lane Ranger 10,968 #2615 Posted July 1, 2019 (edited) Jennifer: I wish I lived in suck a place but it is my friend's family farm house! We have a vegetable garden every year in the old horse/mule lot. My weights are a matched set of three (only two on today) that were made by a machinist. They fit nicley on my nine tine cultivator and weigh down the cultivator in back so the three different type of tines will cut through the soil. I can do seven rows once in about fifteen minutes. The weights are even numbered one, two three! Edited July 1, 2019 by Lane Ranger

We had to place weights on ours by running a pin
Lane Ranger 10,968 #2617 Posted July 1, 2019 (edited) They hang over the lip on the back of the center steel brace. Also I have three different tines on my cultivator one large Danish tine in middle, two smaller Danish tines on side and regular Wheel Horse shovel tines on other spots. Nine tines in all and it does the job. Edited July 1, 2019 by Lane Ranger 3
Pullstart 62,850 #2618 Posted July 1, 2019 This may be a tad off topic.... I’m not sure. I made sure that with the proper adapter, the genny could power the camper with full blast A/C! Now we can tractor show with or without hook ups! Comon’ Portage, WI!

Lane Ranger 10,968 #2622 Posted July 2, 2019 Changed oil in on of my RJ's this am. Also took 36 inch mower deck off of the B-80 (going to try it out cultivating the vegetable garden this year). Put front attach-a-matic plates on my 702 to place a mid-grader blade on it at the Portage, Wisconsin Garden Daze Show next week!\ 3
