It's important to also keep in mind that Randy himself may possibly be a half bubble off. Me too!!!

Try tapping yourself with a hammer, didn't work on the barn though, doh!!!

Nope. Done it. Multiple body locations over the years. Ain't none of them impacts created a positive effect as near as I can tell.

I'll say it's level and most likely the barn is too. The camera angle is what makes it look off. Just trying to help out.

Today, I took the blade deck off my newly acquired 312-A.  Looking forward to refurbing it.

Mounted a "new" seat for the bomb today I found in a guys garage while picking up a spiker/seeder, jd. It was so dirty I didn't notice it was dark grey, not black.😁

You can buy black vinyl spray paint, I've used it many times on vinyl it works very well. Clean it well and coat it lightly twice, cheap and effective just take your time... Job done 👍

Finished the wire harness on my dad's 417a. Also had to shim the starter, worm gear worn on end. New drive belt, and guess what? IT WON'T STAY ON!!! IT'S GOTTA BE ME.😣

Crazy. I have been following your troubles with this belt. I’m no expert but I would start with the engine , making sure it’s square to the frame and work my way back to the rear end.

Dropped my 312-H off at Kaser's power equipment to get the starter fixed.

Did not have the time to mess with it myself while trying to get ready for the show.

Stopped in Monday when we got home to check on it and they told me it was starving for fuel

They were able to clean it and also flushed the tank and gas lines. Runs great now but does not idle as smooth as it should.

They told me the throttle shaft on the carb was worn so may need to get a new carb some day.

So I decided to take them my NOS deck and have them mount and level it so it is ready to go when I pick it up.

Any extra time I will have over the next two weeks will be for seat time not messing with mechanical issues.:icecream:

My original deck looks nice but it is twisted

Should cut nicely now.:handgestures-fingerscrossed:

I put a new coil in it yesterday. She up and died in the middle of mowing, spark was orange and crappy, and wouldn't jump a 1/4 inch. Ran down the to store, grabbed an El-Cheapo E5 coil, had to monkey it a bit since it's a hair wider than the old one, but she fired up and finished the job.

I have found that the proper level of percussive maintenance to the forehead area make me happier and makes things funny.

For a week or so anyway.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that by the time I get a week out of it I have a concussion.

One time I caught a flyback of an 8 lb deadblow hammer in the face. Everything was hilarious for two weeks.

Spent my evening putting newish fenders on my Bronco II.

My kids are gonna be pissed. My son still brings up the time 2 years ago that I had a black hood on it for a month and tells me about how he didn't like that.
