These tractors have a story to be told to all who dare to listen....when I took this basket case home, I was called a fool, and otther things....now Ive been called a hero..... Not a hero, but a person who saw through the ugly           I was the guy who was  dealt to deal with a tractor that was beautiful many years ago................

I have an older Troy-Bilt rototiller, a Junior. That thing is built like a tank. I just went through it and gave it a little paint. I dont have any experience with a walk behind of that size. I just know that if I need a 60 inch deck I dont want to be walking !

Big Oly's transmission input seal took a dump yesterday. Pulley was stuck. I have close to a $1000 worth of puller equipment and nothing worked. Napa had a $30 dollar puller that I managed to squee hoy on and got it off. Seal was well toasted!

Nice! But I would have painted the genny black. But that's just my preference. Do you have a coil boot to keep out moisture?

Actually, I just messaged you on FB about that earlier this morning.

FB has gotten all weird but I finally see it. I get a wire made up this weekend. Add $8 to the order. :banana-linedance:

Last night the 8 year old wet sanded down the commando hood and fender, this morning at 730 sprayed the the remaining parts with some regal red.  It's all painted, now for the fun part

johnnymag3, after the one that i recently picked up and sold , your trailer pick up looks like a rolls royce! i would love to get one in as good a condition as that. as we all know its the inherent build quality that makes these worth saving , good pick up , pete.  SHED , even though it says toro on it , the frame build up  is wheel horse , over built and looking for some maintiance love , is that a ball hitch on the lower back frame?  if i were you i would get a fire going on a sulky rider for that, it would transform that into a field eating beast. do a complete lubrication upgrade on anything that moves, (   or used to move ) , a couple of hot oil changes to verify whats going on , transaxle oil change, cable lubricant , you might try some , RISLONE  ZINC ADDITIVE in your oil , 2 ounces will transform what those engines want , using it in 3 of my kohlers , the smoothness and ease of operation is remarkable .  on line at amazon  , best buy and most ounces , good luck with it , pete

What color are your rims painted? They look an off white and my son likes them. We were going to paint his rimS gloss white today but ran out of time...could be a good thing after seeing yours.

Rust-Oleum antique white, it's a great color, I recommend using red oxide primer when using that color makes it easier to see what your painting

@TonyToro

I'll second the advice of the primer.

We use Rust-Oleum Navajo White. Another shade of "off white" for you to look at.

Saw this listed locally for free. Ark loader with running tractor. Missed out on it even after offering to pay 1,000 bucks they let it go for free to someone else. Otherwise i did the oil, air filter and spark plug. Also ordered a set of deestones for the rear
