HeyMrP 83 #4128 Posted March 8, 2020 I went out to trusty old 310-8 to plow snow last week. Hadn't needed to all winter so of course my battery was dead. Battery was over 10 years old and would not take a charge so I figured a bad cell. Went to the store and got a new one. Started plowing and about 20 minutes in I suddenly stop moving! Lo and behold my drive belt gave out. So off to the store again (82 inch x 5/8) and then back home with my new belt and a Twix bar. Take half the darn thing apart to get the belt off. While I was at it I took the drive pulley off the shaft and did some "repairs" to it since it had a good sized ding on it. Put it all back together so I could finish plowing. First time it ever took me 7 hours to clear my driveway lol. 1

Jennifer 1,877 #4132 Posted March 8, 2020 Sunday afternoon drive!! The whole family! I was videoing! The RJ and the 753 was from our Arkansas trip and they are wonderful... we drove for about 2 hours! It was great! I was driving the 753 with our oldest on the cart behind me! Husband was on the 854 pulling the wagon with our youngest. Our son was on the RJ but our youngest was driving the wheels off the RJ earlier! Daron1965 644 #4134 Posted March 8, 2020 Removed the 37SD and mule drive. Purchased a 2500lb winch and mounting plate. Thinking of a way to mount the winch on the rear. Best of all, it almost hit 60 here today.

WVHillbilly520H 10,373 #4139 Posted March 9, 2020 Seems the snow gods have forgotten the Blueridge mountains here in VA so I decided to push the vegetation back some more along the fence line... Team effort 520H and newly installed 56" blade with my other red tractor and Poulan chainsaw. I love those OTR Lawn Trac R1s the more I use them excellent traction no matter the task at hand. 5
Pullstart 62,732 #4140 Posted March 9, 2020 We employed my buddy’s 312-8 fixed up with my loaded 23x8-12 Deestones to tug maple sap around the forest this weekend. It’s a good runner and could use some front weight for tugging up the sugar bush hill! 10

Oh good to see that they can be mounted horizontally. I have a Sears I’m working on and wanted to mount the pump in a different location.
WHX?? 48,738 #4142 Posted March 9, 2020 I think you might be confused Tony this is a oem pump that has to mount horizontal on the motor ... instead of the usual cam lever it operates off case pressures. It is not electric. There is no other place to mount it.... well yah maybe if one got real creative!

Jennifer 1,877 #4150 Posted March 10, 2020 (edited) Husband cut down the trees before they leaf out again! We planted them when they was just about foot tall! Was told they was RED OAK! It took our sons biologically project for us to realize they were actually sycamores and they started budding the nut/balls to germinate! Oh well bigger garden and no shade over it!
