I took all the back wheels off of all of mine.

I'm taking them to work tomorrow for new tires.

Pulled the 1054 into the garage last week and this. So off comes pump and cylinder.  Blew pump seal out. @wheelhorseman rebuilt cylinder and new hoses, i rebuilt the pump. Now let's go roll some dirt.

Thanks to my buddy Jim and his informative post on the LED headlights, I switched mine over today on GhostRider.  Hoping that an oil change is all I need now to have it ready to go turning earth after installing the electric lift.

Now I have to take care of a couple other machines and assist @Coulter Caleb

as he needs it on Comanche.

With a strong feel of fall in the air today,  I thought this would be a good time to get the 16 auto out from the back of the barn. Tore it down enough to be able to mark the timing mark so I could check to be sure it was set properly and it is. Went through the blower and lubed everything, and oiled the chain.  Changed engine oil, and added weights front and rear. She's ready for work once its called upon.  One tractor ready for the inevitable.  Probably should have taken a picture or two, with the new additional weights but didn't think of it till just now. So last year's pic will have to do :ychain:

Looks like those big wheels will keep you from blowing gravel.

They do.

I have some on my huge walk behind snowblower. They keep it up off the ground so it grabs more snow and less rocks. In my case it also helps it roll easier.

Hahahaha

Yeah something like that...

Trina and I each have our own snowblower. When we are done removing the bulk of the accumulation I use a plow to scrape the rest off.

I got the tires mounted on all four rear rims. The 855's wheels are done and back on. The 800's tires fought something awful, I had to cut beads to get them off, and the tubes that were in them got pretty well destroyed in the dismounting, and none of the valve stems we had at the dealership fit the holes, so I had to stop and get some ATV stems on the way home. I hope they fit, if they don't I'm gonna get the drill out and make bigger holes.

Mike—that is a good looking machine!  In honor of the Packers win, you need to travel NorthWest and play in the dirt with the rest of us :occasion-clown:

Thank you! I struggled with the age old question to patina or not to patina, as it's a great candidate to leave as is...but my father owns an autobody shop in Pennsylvania, and classic vehicle restorations are our specialty. So it will be getting the full treatment.

You can always look for another one for full treatment...  There happens to be a Big Show not too far from you in June every year, at the South Mountain Fairgrounds in Biglerville / Arendtsville.  It’s Wheel Horse only and there have been known to have been some good deals!

I went with one tractor in my 5’ box Colorado thinking I was full and wouldn’t bring anything home... this is my truck heading back to MI after my first show :handgestures-thumbupright:

But where would granny ride on the long trip to Cali-forn-ia? Kidding, that's a nice haul! Appreciate the heads up, I'll definitely be going to next year's big-show hunting for a plow and nicer deck.

Here’s the flyer for this past show in June.  I believe it’s always the weekend after Father’s Day.
