Ralph S 342 #2153 Posted April 16, 2019 It was a bitter sweet past Sunday. I sold the 518H that I had transplanted an 1100 series transaxle in. I hated to see it go down the driveway but the cash gave me a worm fuzzy feeling . I realized then, that I have room for one more ! 2

I had it sitting out in the rain the other day and covered the seat cause there are a lot of rips in the seat. When I hit the Powerball I'll get a new seat. 😆
ohiofarmer 3,265 #2161 Posted April 18, 2019 Mowed the lawn and when I came out to finish after supper, the throttle cable broke. All in all it was a good day as the 1056 did a good job with the engine out for a first test with plenty of power. This tractor only cost a shade over a c note
Lee1977 6,659 #2162 Posted April 18, 2019 I was using the 312-8 to spread some piles of rotted leafs over the garden. I bought it from Wheel-it back in July 2014. It was a father and son project at some time before he bought it for the engine. He was wanting a Magnum 16 and it was a 12. It was a collection of mixed parts not sure the model best guess is 88 or 89. The hood was bent up a few places but it had a professional paint job some time earlier. the fender had never been painted It had a 1/2" drive belt on it and It did alright so I left it on. It also had the belt run a little different so I fix that. This is the way it was when I got it. I have used it a couple of times lately and It has want to jump in reverse. I have a used 5/8" drive belt so I decided to put it on. I found this when I took it apart. Never seen a belt guard welded to the PTO bracket. I prized it up to allow a little clearance for the 5/8" belt. I had though the belt running over the top of the 3/4" bar was why the back of the 1/2" belt was worn, but it was the belt digging into it. There were other thing welded in place on this tractor, the hood hinge pin, and the roll pin in the loop bracket.
ebinmaine 67,484 #2163 Posted April 20, 2019 As we were clearing out trees for the new Horse stable I cut one that leaned over onto others. We used the Cinnamon Horse to drag it a few feet so we could finish cutting. Fantastic torque from the big K341. Note that I had forgotten to raise the engine RPM. That pull was done at IDLE. Imagine how it'll go with a little more appropriate engine spin... 1
TonyToro 1,049 #2164 Posted April 20, 2019 (edited) Fabricated a pulling hitch for my sons tractor. We had to make a Cub Cadet work on the Wheel Horse. Next is to make wheelie bars. Edited April 20, 2019 by TonyToro

Ready for anything you can throw at it! Looks great. I’m just waiting another fuel pump and I’m done. The first one I got was leaking and not really sure if it was something I did or if it’s the pump!

Lee1977 6,659 #2172 Posted April 22, 2019 I made a new set of roller axles for my 48" deck. This is the old style like came on the 75-48 MS01. I drilled the 1/2" first then used a roller axle off the free deck to locate the 5/16" mounting hole. I would be done If I could still see to weld. I'll have to get one of my friends to weld the axles in. 2

RetroMower 349 #2175 Posted April 23, 2019 Tried to replace the head gasket on my c100 and didnt 2 bolts snap off. No suprise its the two straddling the exhaust. Suckers are heat treated and hardened and wont drill out. Anyone looking for two great parts tractors?
