What have you done to your Wheel Horse today?

Tackled a bunch of smaller tasks on the 510-8 today. 
  Charging system repaired. I don’t think the volt gage has moved in a looooong time! Check out how it isn’t faded where the needle has been sitting.
  Wiring cleaned up (about 96% done)

  All gages are working (volts, hour meter and fuel gage) although I dont know how accurate the fuel gage is yet. 
 Steering wheel center cap glued on.

 Front tire resealed (leaked down in 24 hours)

I got the mower deck back on, still need to do my Spring lube job and get a pipe elbow to reposition one of my hydraulic hoses. The hoses I got from Lowell are nice and high quality, but the one has me locked out of 2nd gear. I need to put an elbow on to raise it an inch or so.

Took my Ag tires and weights off and put on my 10.00" turf tires. I had to use 2" spacers because the rims have a deep offset. I may go ahead and throw the weights back on.

Is that a shadow of the needle from the sun bleaching the rest of the face?? Wow, you weren't kidding how long that needle sat there like that

   The little 12 volts that operates the computer and starts the car .a hybrid had aged out and was time for replacement. When it was cold out a neighbor had borrowed the car and made an error that left a discharged battery. I could not even get in the back compartment to change it with the hatch open

 

   Plenty of onions left for a 14 magnum on a 314. All she took was post to thread converters

 After a slow leak became a faster one ,this is what I found. Bias cords just pulled loose from the inside. 

  I bought several Kendas on sale at TSC some time back and will finish it up the Good Lord willing and no pinch flats 😜

 I see the word warranty and a phone number right on the sidewall in your picture. Maybe a call to that number and sending them that picture might get you a new tire?

Mounted the lift cylinder and valve on the '73. Cylinder works great but the hoses leak at most of the fittings so I put an order in with Lowell . Pulled the 165 up to the shop to dust it off for spring. Didn't change the oil in the fall like I normally do so that's on the top of the list. The 312 was next door with the neighbor aerating. I could hear it but not sure where he's off to with it. Maybe another neighbor's place

That tire is original to the 314 from the eighties....

Yes the best hood setup Wheel Horse made and unlike most innovations over the years they did not keep this good idea!

I can agree for most situations, but the low-mounted hinge does thwart opening the hood behind some front-mounted attachments.

Spent some time on the C85 today…

- replaced the transmission drive belt

- took the right rear tire off to tighten up the loose trans pully. The lug bolts came off kind of tough, so I wire wheeled the lugs and re-tapped the hub lug holes

- installed new tie rods from Brian

- drained the transmission gear oil, now

need to replace the filler tube I broke 

- adjusted the brakes, which I had put on new brake liners from Bob months back

- installed a new shifter boot
