A mangle is a big ironing machine, used for sheets & such before the days of permanent press. As kids we had a sort of third set of grandparents. They had a Ringer in their second home. I definitely don't recall ever being allowed to mess with it. Pete D 286 #23063 Posted Tuesday at 03:14 AM Didn't do much to the WH today, busy moving a TV and entertainment center to a different wall, replacing an outlet that was broken and had arc marks, and installing a 3 "outlet".network jack for the TV-related electronics. I did, however, install the shifter knobs and battery hold-down I ordered. Seat bumpers & gas strut to be installed when some installation hardware arrives. I have no pictures to identify it though, but I do know it has a cast iron hood, and it has a sickle bar mower. He claims the tractor is all original and intact.
