Do you mind sharing what lights you used and how they are mounted

they were these below from the jungle site.  I do have a ground wire from engine block to hood mount.  Then it’s just standard connection as it comes

Regarding laying patches with a Wheel Horse.

I kind of enjoy how Morgan the 14-8 will carry the front wheels a bit off of the ground for 6 or 8 inches when the clutch occasionally grabs.

Originality is neat but these aren't COPO cars or something.

Go LED.

It'll be a good decision.

I think I just might do that... a friendly reminder of the where you got 'em and the make/part number??

Greg I believe the above would work in your 312.

@OutdoorEnvy can you confirm?

I just put LED's on my 416 and they seem great.  I will do them for my 312 next.  Much brighter.  I didn't get the super bright ones as I didn't want them to be blinding.  I got the 9w 3000k.  Just want to light up the work area well and let cars see me in the dark if ever needed.

Next up was new brakes on the 52O-8

Yep, whatever WH used to stick those linings on is tenacious!

I recently replaced the lining on the 854 and since I have a spare brake drum I clamped the band around that while the adhesive cured.

All worked great, except after putting the band back on, one corner of the lining is very lightly touching the drum even when the brake is off causing a brake squeal in reverse! Need to either bend the band a bit or else shave off a bit of lining when I have the opportunity. Right now I’m thinking of it as a sort of “backup beeper”!

BTW, stopping is now limited by traction and not brake force!

Yes I swapped out the shifter boot even though the one on it still had life left in it I felt

Hours Mike. That had at least several hours of usable life left.

Started taking things apart to clean and put some flood on the sheet metal.  Then I will get started on painting the wheels soon.

Hopefully 24 hours from now when I remove the clothespins the brake material doesn’t “fall out

The method I have used for brake bands is to install it while the adhesive is fresh and then set the parking brake to tighten the band and keep everything in place.
