I might squeak by at 5’7”.

I was 5' 9 3/4"     for 70 years.       Just came back from my 4 mo. heart check up.    They measured me at 5' 7".

Where did 2 3/4" go?        no hair,  no meniscus in my knees,  couple collapsed discs,

Get ready Kevin....gravity will pull you down.

I'd offer store it far you, but it's got a Tecumsum, Don't want to infect the rest of my herd. :ychain:

Very nice looking C-120 with great patina:handgestures-thumbupright:

I had every intention of pulling the techy out and putting a little 6.5 horse in the tractor for a tractor show runabout without having to worry about batteries and such. Very neat so it could be put back if I wanted to, but I think it looks like it deserves at least a try of seeing if it will run without too much fanfare.

Have you messed with that at all?

Not yet, I bought it in 2017 and stuck it in the back of the shed under platform. Haven't even looked at it since!!

Need to look at the wiring diagram. There is a red wire that is bare and it needs battery cables.

Probably gonna bypass the pulse pump and try it with a gravity tank.

Interesting.

Lemme know if you need pics. Perhaps an OHV160 harness is similar.

I have downloaded and printed out the Techy wiring harness, so just need to do a little cogitating.

But I may give you a buzz if I can't figure it out! Thanks!

You set the beads, then break one off to fill that side ?

Or @Pullstart, you could have used a little itty bitty funnel and filled it through the valve stem…

I have done a hose and a pump to fill through valve stems before.  I’ve also used a portable air tank filled with antifreeze, charged with air pressure, then shot through a valve stem.  It all works, but this was easily the least mess.

And that's the way it was ... Walter Crankcase... err Cronkite...

Anyone else see one of these 60" decks totally rot out under the brace plate? Mainly around the spindle are. For now I'm going to fix it and cut out the rot and fix it but hopefully I can find a clean rust free one at the big show! Because to really fix it for how thin it is it would be a whole new deck lol

Cleaned that up aand got the slide working.

I see you used the universal BFH tool to clean thing up.      :confusion-shrug:         ever think of a water hose and using a wire brush?    :ychain:ed.jpg.6bfaf233b14f1a138f63e75354310d90.jpg

That's actually  my  MBP  (mini ball peen) Richard.       And I did use a putty knife and wire brush to clean the deck.

If I don't want to screw something up too badly by excessive force usage I call a BBT to run the MBP.

We got the trailer all cleaned out so we can rebuild it.

Trina's 1045 is in the big gray stable behind her 857.

The one in front of the chop saw is a Tecumseh horse c-160.

First mowing went well! Deck screams!! But it cuts beautifully. 1977 B-80 has no issues with spinning it up :handgestures-thumbupright:

I like listening to Golden Earring "Twilight Zone" when I mow. Yard gets done at least a half hour faster! :banana-linedance:(Is that a fuse on your hat? ) :hilarious:
