Scored some barbell weights at an auction. Adding some more weight to my main plow tractor.  She is getting a 54" blade this year so a I figured more weight would be appropriate.  127 lbs of weights and 65 on each wheel  257 lbs...  Next going to reconfigure her front weight mount (currently 45 lbs) to add some more  and have an aligning pin for the pow frame.  going after EB in Maine:P

Niiiiiiice!!

Interesting chains Paul.

Lot of space between the diagonal crosses. Do they ride ok or rock back n forth alot?

Got the good ole "town n country" style tires too.

Should get good gription.

I started messing with the new-to-me C160 Automatic.

Got the muffler turned back down and adjusted to a slightly better position. Still just too big for the space it's in but I'll likely use it for the time being.

Also took the fuel pump off and turned the input and output. They were both facing straight forward... Towards the exhaust!!

Now inlet is down and outlet is up as normal.

Next is to swap the carb. I have a rebuilt Kohler original here I've kept for Cinnamon Horse. I'll pop that on then rebuild the existing carb on the Auto when I can.

Chains are super smooth and great traction. Bought them and ran them on our Honda Civic when we were in Germany 35 years ago.  They were really neat you could install them without jacking up or moving the car....  much smoother than these chains on my blower tractor.  Military surplus never used Weed hardened chains  (For M-38 and M-151 6.00x16 I cut them down)  Note the size difference in cross links compared to cheap garden tractor chains on the front wheels. These are a bit bumpy.  For my plowing the narrow 6.00x12 work best...

Is that a gutted out snowmobile or a cart that was use behind the snowmobile?  Any info? Thanks!

It is designed to ride behind a snowmobile on the trails.  It’s been in my wife’s family for about as long as she’s been alive… if not longer!  The skis need to be patched up a bit, but low speed towing is great.

I've got a free set of snowmobile skis for you! With decent carbides even! FREE!

And they come with an 80's Kawasaki 440 Invader with a disassembled engine and 2 extra jugs.

All joking aside- when is the last time you woke up and stretched like you did when you were a kid? That was some serious snoozing!

I wake up nowadays feeling like someone beat me with a bat.

Love the trailer!!

Thanks Jennifer.  I have a buddy who is totally into Cubs.  He has owned that wagon for about a decade.  I met him on a transaction for a parts cub and commented that I liked the wagon.  About two years ago we managed a trade for it and a two stage Cub snowblower.  We are both happy now!  At one point he was planning to strip it and paint it Cub colors…thankfully I was able to rescue it before that took place. 🙌🏻

Me, Trina and her mom have been out reorganizing the tractor outdoor storage area all afternoon.
Moved about 3 million years worth of leaves.
Realigned all 5 future project tractors and some parts under a paracord where we'll hang a large tarp for the winter. At the Meet n Greet we'll line up every other tractor near these for a photo opportunity. Also convenient because the forest trails start here.
