Shynon 7,470 #1 Posted December 31, 2017 Decided to pull the sickle mower off (tired of tripping on it). Well next thing you know I started another project. Pulled the Briggs. Had a hard time getting the steering apart then pulled the trans. Did a little wet sanding. Has some pretty nice red under the rust. 9

Smoothed them out a little with a file as they are going back in. Edited January 16, 2018 by Shynon 8

AMC RULES 37,141 #20 Posted January 24, 2018 I was thinking, possibly a '59 unit... but, from the serial #'s that have already been recorded...(note, your's is already on the list) looks like the '59's start at 18,500 and above...of what is believe to be, around 1100 of the '59 units produced. Makes a true, documented '59 about a rare as hens teeth...as you can see, only two(2) have ever been recorded. Scroll, about 1/2 way down the page here... to see the serial #'s Garry has recorded, to date.
