Had a buddy pick it up Saturday and I'll run down later this winter to pick it up. Was told it's a WH but I can't seem to find a picture of it. To me it looks like an old "Standard Twin" tow behind tool bar that has seen some modification. Cultivators, discs and other tools would be bolted to the same pill behind bar. Cool Tool!
