As usual , Lowell - beautiful work . Sarge I got it off the big auction site, it is a (race car) quick disconnect - that’s what the red hardware is that it’s bolted to. Sarge 3,463 #12 Posted December 26, 2017 Exactly my plan - we've used those disconnects for years on our Dirt Modified and Late Model cars and I'm familiar with all the adapters , just wasn't sure from the photo . The way you trimmed it out makes it almost look like some special factory option - great work . Not sure how the bling would look on the old crusty D , maybe I'll go with the matte finish or black....lol . I just don't care for the D's wheel and it's angle , especially trying to run a spinner knob on it as it can't sit flat enough even with shims and stay tight enough to work when it picks up that heavy blade I modified ... I intend on bringing it to the Big show along with a 701 that’s ready for reassembly and hope to have completed in the next couple of months. Got a shot of the lift cylinder mounting/rock shaft setup? Did you use the original HY pump mounting? I Noticed the custom bend in the HY spool lever! Also the custom bent shift lever.....Going down that road right now myself! May have to chew some butt for not doing a build thread on this!
