Bill,

You have a model in mind? I may be able to get my hands on a couple of different machines depending on what you are looking for.

Even though I won't be directly involved in the show or restoration.

I had heard that the featured tractor was a GT-14.

Would it not be significant to restore one for the raffle?

There is a nice looking non-runner in the Ann Arbor area for $300.

I have a 401 that runs and drives with all new tires and plow  .

Probably gonna sell it at the show if anything.

Lookin for about $700 for it. Has $300 worth of tires. Rebuilt Clinton engine, new throttle and choke cables, good steering wheel, no slop in steering. Meyhews decals. Wheels and seat pan sandblasted and painted WH Beige  .

VERY RELIABLE. Everything Works. Mows every week and tows trailers around. Mower and weights not included

Bill,

I have an L-105 you can have as long as it is used for this raffle. I can get it as far east as Indianapolis, you're on your own from there.

It ran good with no smoke when parked in the barn years ago. All the tires are still up even after 7 years or so. Deck is good.

Known flaws: Has been repainted orange with a brush. One front rim is bent and wobbles. Recoil starter sometimes doesn't grab. Wrong steering wheel. Wrong seat. Has a Tecumseh engine  . Dents in grille. Muffler had a rattle. Grille/hood seam has been brazed together. Probably other stuff too. More than likely has mouse nests in all the nooks and crannies. Needs plenty of work. But probably worth the price

It looks a lot better in this photo than it does in real life.

Not for sale otherwise at this time, just figured you're getting close on making your deadline...

Steve

Can you fix up anything, or would any particular model be better, considering you will be using parts you have? In other words, what tractors do you have parts for?
