JonSobakk 5 #9 Posted October 27, 2017 Thanks all for this great intro! As a former (and trained) Professional lumberjack (Now Country IT and BPO Head of DHL logistics), i have bought a small farm for maintaining my knowledge of agricultural topics. I have been looking for ages to find a tractor with small-scale equipent that would be sufficient. I came across the WheelHorse just by accident, and am looking around to find the right red horse to come with me home to my farm to be saddled up in my week-ends. Any suggestions where to look would be much appreciated! Have a nice weekend all!
ztnoo 2,298 #10 Posted October 27, 2017 (edited) JonSobakk, There are some other Red Square members from Norway, a couple from Sweden, at least one from Denmark that I remember, Dutch and Belgian owners, and a fair size continent from the UK. I would suggest conversing with these gentlemen might lead you to Wheel Horse sources in the Euro locale. Also watching and reviewing the Europe subdivision of the forum and Euro Classifieds regularly should be helpful to you. While you can find all kinds of advice on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues here online, the above mentioned group will be much more likely to steer you toward actually finding a Wheel Horse in Europe to suit you needs. I live in Indiana where Wheel Horse tractors were manufactured in the US and just about anything I might want in the way of a particular model, implement, or part is within a couple of hours drive from my home. It won't be that easy in Europe, but by trying to connect with our Euro members, you probably will be able to locate a tractor that best suits your needs. Good luck!
