C-145 trans questions

Axle seals are leaking real bad on the tranny in my 308.  Found one local from a C-145.  Question, is it an 8 pinion with 1 1/8 axles and will it fit my 308?  Also, what's it worth?  Thanks for any help.

SKF9815 seal would be for the 1" most auto parts stores will have them. The trans from a C-145 will fit. But changing seals are not hard to do.

I'd like the heavy duty trans for my engine upgrade.  The plan is to rebuild the new one and just swap them out.  Then rebuild the original and keep it for future projects.
