cafoose 3,354 #1 Posted August 11, 2017 (edited) Does anyone know where I can locate a spacer for a bolt in the deck of my 520-HC? I checked Lowes and hardware stores and can't find the right size. Number 3 in the diagram. Looks like 5/8 OD x 3/8 ID x 5/16 long. Edited August 11, 2017 by cafoose

cafoose 3,354 #9 Posted August 12, 2017 I checked here in Jacobus, PA just 10 miles from me and I got four of them and a carriage bolt for just under 6 bucks: http://www.innerstsalesandservice.com/ Everyone for your help, I cleaned under the deck, sharpened the blades, torqued the spindle and blade nuts to 80 to 100 ft lbs, and greased the spindles. All I need to do yet is put the carriage bolts on and install the deck. I also checked the spindles for wear and freedom of movement and put on a new green belt from NAPA and it all looks good. 12 hours ago, N3PUY said: I've got those at my local WH dealer. What's wrong with the one you have? One was missing I guess a PO lost it and installed the bolt without it which wore the bolt thin and also made everything sloppy. 10 hours ago, Ed Kennell said: Yep, I have them.
