ACman 7,618 #1 Posted July 29, 2017 (edited) I picked up a well used 753 earlier this summer and it came with some implements. I thought I overpaid but it didn't smoke and runs great . It also came with front plow, rear plough, disc, cart , part of a lawn sweeper . I thought that most of the extras weren't WH bought after some investigation I was wrong . Turns out the disc is a WH after seeing one at the show and finding a similar one from a old ad (in my new signed book "Straight From the Horses Mouth") . The sweeper turned out to a rear wheel driving . It basically a parts piece as part of the casting is broken but the mounting hardware , drive assembly and broom are good . Missing the catcher too . While going through the the book I came across some pics of some carts from a add from 1955 same as my disc . I thought they both where home made but as I dig deeper I'm thinking I could be WH too . What your thoughts . Sorry I couldn't get better pics of the cart . It's not the exact match but I'm still investigating . stevasaurus 22,707 #2 Posted July 29, 2017 I think it is a Wheel Horse cart...not the tires though. Those tires look like wheel barrow tires. Check out this link Jeff.
ACman 7,618 #3 Posted July 29, 2017 @stevasaurus I knew the tires weren't original.. I can see that far how about you... ! Heck you old Dino you can't even find the like button . I was trying to get a good pic of the rim . i wonder if @CasualObserver would know . See I thought everything was homemade just on the way they were built. But if you think about it all the early stuff was essentially handmade and pretty crude looking .
ACman 7,618 #4 Posted July 29, 2017 These are original @stevasaurus ... she's a little on the rough side but it's a survivor .

It is probably an Ohio Steel branded cart of about the same age as the 67-10DC01 that @stevasaurus referenced above... I don't know if Wheel Horse had this model cart labeled with their name or logo in the 70s. Later in the mid 80s, the cart was available as 10 cubic foot cart Model WH10LP. Here's a clip from an 87 or 88 brochure showing the different carts....
Skeeters65 45 #6 Posted August 7, 2017 What's one of these low profile carts worth in good condition? Thanks
