ohiofarmer 3,305 #29 Posted July 11, 2017 Fred, I hear you on the decks........ I went to make a deck run of about eighty miles last fall so all my Horses would have decks. And then the guy threw in a little 1057 roller for free. i figured it for a nice parts tractor at least. Now it wears a little $99.00 Predator engine up front and with only new axle seals on the hydro Sunstrand, the little bugger is a tractor again. So what I am saying is that your herd will never be balanced. I just saw a 12 horse with an extra rebuilt engine for it and deck for$350. Trying to forget about it. Ordering a set of new points, i have a Raider 12 Carb on that came off a K301, it cant be that, set timing marks 0n S at .020, needed a third hand ive been asking for the last 40 years as a Diesel Mechanic, After Mystery Horse, Taking all angle pics & getting them on Here for all you Men to figure it out, and serial numbers too. Not charging - hmmm - that'll get you looking to the wiring so it may be a long road.
