Big John 40 #1 Posted May 30, 2017 I have d-160 with a 48" deck.My problem is when start mowing in deep grass it will kick the drive belt off the mower deck.I did not have problem last year..The drive belt is a A103 napa belt.Pulleys are in good shape.There is a little vibration.What do you think that would cause this? slammer302 2,155 #2 Posted May 30, 2017 I would check the pulleys again and turn them all the way around. I one that looked fine but ended up having a wasp nest in the groove making it vibrate also check idler bearing 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
