atvmax99 3 #1 Posted May 30, 2017 Hi All, One of my idler pulley bearings self destructed on me yesterday while mowing and I'm having difficulty hunting this and or the bearing if it's replaceable! The brochure I have for mowers for the 300 doesn't contain part numbers and the VIN plate # of mine is 0537SC01 20647, and underneath these numbers is 9275. The brochure calls them FIXED "V" IDLERS and the one that went is the right side looking from the front. Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

I do have a question on this part, I found 112791 on Ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toro-Wheel-Horse-520-H-plus-others-Idler-Pulley-112791/282292300900?_trksid=p2481888.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160908105057%26meid%3Dea582903f45f4c779ea7ae7c36334ccd%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D15%26sd%3D281927605856&_trkparms=pageci%3A960a2f81-451c-11e7-9dc8-74dbd1804752%7Cparentrq%3A58be1e6115c0abc12b055642fffc838e%7Ciid%3A1 and if you look on the middle pic of this listing for this part, it shows a flat type of pulley and not a "V" style..do you know if there's been a change to this part? This is my pulley: Thoughts?
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,032 #5 Posted May 30, 2017 If your deck is the 05-37SC01 you should have a 6-sided drive belt which used all V-pulleys. The deck idler pulleys for this one are 111170. The 05-37SC03 Dave used has one V-idler and one flat idler 112791 on the deck. This one uses a 4-sided belt. You can download these 2 pages and have them with you when the belt is installed. I found the 111170 for $73 brand new and free shipping! I just have to put another "band-aid" of sheet metal where this pulley attaches! Tony
